Services Artistic Mosaic Tiling

I cannot recommend Natalie highly enough. She saved my kitchen from a very sad fate. I had bought some beautiful handmade tiles for my kitchen backsplash. Even though I asked the contractor repeatedly if they knew how to apply handmade tile, and they assured me that they did, they did a very sad job of it. The tiles bowed, protruded and were crammed together. At first they tried to blame it on the tile itself, so I went back to the manufacturer and they assured me it should not look the way it did. That's when they called in Natalie and she saved the day! The tile had to be removed and more tile made, but in the end, it looked exactly the way I had imagined it would. Nothing hinky about the tiles, just a tiler inexperience in handmade tile! I found working with Natalie a pleasure, as well. She was very professional, a good communicator, neat and tidy, attentive to details, non-obtrusive and above all, clearly very talented. I could not be happier with her work! See more See less

Natalie recently replaced our kitchen backsplash and did a fantastic job!!!! Our family is so impressed with her and the quality of her work. She helped guide us in our tile selection and placement, grout choice and all the other little decisions that come with a project. She patiently answered all our questions and was very responsive. In addition, she was incredibly tidy as she was working; our kitchen was cleaned up before she left each day. We absolutely love the finished product! I am sure there are many talented local tile installers and it was hard for us to choose between those that bid on the job, but we are so happy we chose her for our project.
